Calm in Noise

The wrath of insanity is realized

Stop this pain, stop this shame

The radius of my heart that’s paralized

Too exhausted from this game

My rhythm became the bass line

This drum roll is my melody

Let that guitar cry

And scream like nobody’s here

I’m calm in this noise. Rock and Roll.

Rich Against Art

“Artists are poor because they are bad in business”

I cannot express how furious this made me feel. For the rest of the day after I heard this line, I cannot help but mutter the statement to my fellows with so much despise and disgust. This person is lucky the conversation took place over the phone. Otherwise, a flying punch would have fled from somewhere. I haven’t done that in a long time after all.

Rich Art

Artists are being used in so many enterprises all over the globe. Unfortunately, the society’s menial regard for artists have changed how they were looked at for years and years and years. And yes, what you hear of success and “richness” are those of the capital lords of nations over and over and over. Sadly, this person is ignorant enough not to realize that people like Vicari, Murakami and Hirst exist. Oh wait, you think this person knows that? Probably not because the awareness of this realm about success and being “rich” has a lot to do with exploitation of humans for cheap labor and oh wait, I won’t forget the “old money, old rich” kind. That’s right.

On a brighter side, I only feel bad about you. Yes you. For your ignorance. May you use your money for education you can’t learn from school called, being human and sane. Three words to describe you. Idiot. Moron. Ignorant. Oh wait, make that four. *ssh*le.

Okay, I’m done ranting today.
